Doublé Polonais
Début de saison en fanfare pour un saut à ski Polonais dominateur devant ses supporters de Wisla. Suite à leur succès par équipes vendredi soir, Dawid Kubacki et Piotr Zyla réussissent un superbe doublé.
Kubacki, impressionnant d'aisance, s'impose avec deux bonds à 130m et 133m pour un total de 274.9 points. Il monte pour la première fois sur la plus haute marche du podium à l'occasion d'un concours du Grand Prix.
Son coéquipier Piotr Zyla prend la deuxième place avec 270 points juste devant le Norvégien Kenneth Gangnes avec ses 267 points.
Zyla a signé le plus long saut de la journée avec 134m en seconde manche, à seulement deux mètres du record du tremplin détenu par Kamil Stoch.

Kamil Stoch termine ce concours au 5eme rang derrière le meilleur Autrichien Stefan Kraft. On trouve ensuite l'Allemand Wellinger et le 4eme Polonais Klusek.
Vincent Descombes-Sevoie se classe 21eme.
Ronan Lamy-Chappuis éliminé en première manche.

Dawid Kubacki (POL): “After last season I started working with a new coach. I was working very hard and this pays off now. I was jumping very well today and I'm happy that I could win. I will go to Hinterzarten and I really like the hill there. It's kind of an historic place for us because there we won the first team competition with Adam Malysz."
Piotr Zyla (POL): "I expected to be on the podium today. I'm jumping on a very good level right now and so I was confident that I can achieve such a good result. My coach told me that I'm still a bit too late at the take-off. Now I can celebrate this result a bit."
Kenneth Gangnes (NOR): "I'm very happy that I could stand on the podium for the first time in the Grand Prix today. I'm very satisfied with this result and I'm also happy that it happened in Poland because the fans are always great here. Yesterday we were on the podium as well and this was an extra motivation for me. I hope that I can also compete here in Wisla in winter.
