Severin Freund (GER): “This year I waited a bit longer with my first win and got stronger during the course of the season so far. The trend is definitely positive. My jump was good, the conditions were not easy. I would have wanted to make a second jump because some jumpers showed what's possible here, for example Markus Eisenbichler with 137 m. I'm sure this would have been a lot of fun, but of course, you can't complain about a win."

Anders Fannemel (NOR): "I was a bit surprised, that the final round was canceled. Usually the second round helps to equalize the influence of the conditions, but maybe the wind was too dangerous. It's important for ski jumping that there are many fans at the hill and we are doing our best to entertain them."

Stefan Kraft (AUT): "I was surprised that the second round was canceled. I saw that Andi Kofler had problems in the air and therefor I Think that the jury made the right decision. I was amazed by how many people attended these events. They cheered for all of us and when somebody had a long jump you could hear them on top of the hill. It was great here. Yesterday was very crazy because I had to borrow the equipment of a fore jumper."
