Superbe concours

Stefan Kraft (AUT): "You know that the jump is good already three meters after the take-off. Then you see the green line and fly over it. It had some of these jumps already this year and I hope I can show a few more this season. But this just has to happen, everything has to work out fine and it did in this jump. I'm in a very good position in the overall World Cup, but it's still a long way to go until Planica. I'll try to do my best, then we'll see the result."

Severin Freund (GER): "I'm definitely satisfied. The first competition after a major event is always a bit hard. Coming back to the World Cup and jump good again is just what I needed. I also think that you take the good jumps you make at the end of the season with you to the summer and to next season. So it's important for me to jump well at the end of the season. The fight for the overall World Cup is still open, but I'm in the worst position of the Top 3. I just take it competition after the competition, I like the next hills and I'm looking forward to a, hopefully, really nice ski flying event in Planica."

Anders Fannemel (NOR): "At the landing of the first jump I had some problems and so all the weight was on my right leg. Then it cracked a bit in my knee and it was quite painful. I was then considering to not jump in the final, but it felt good going in the inrun position. The landing was a bit painful again, but I tried. I had the knee checked already between the rounds, but something is wrong and we have to find out what it is."
