Le réveil a sonné tôt ce matin avec ce relais qui a débuté à 9H15 heures locales car le programme cette ultime journée est bien chargé.
17 nations étaient inscrites pour cette course appréciée de toutes avec une Norvège qui a d'emblée pris les choses en main. A la mi-course la Russie, la Suède et l'Allemagne était encore au contact avant que l'excellente Heidi Weng ne fasse la différence lors du troisième relais.
A l'arrivée le quatuor Ragnhild Haga, Martine Ek Hagen, Heidi Weng et Kari Oyre Slind remporte la médaille d'or et offre à son pays un quatrième titre après le 5km classique, le sprint et la poursuite.
La Russie, arrivée avec 22sec de retard, remporte la médaille d'argent gràce Elena Serokhvostova, Anna Scherbinina, Anna Nechaevskaya et Elena Soboleva.
Le bronze revient à l'équipe d'Allemagne qui a distancé la Suède en fin de course avec Lucia Anger, Therese Eichhorn, Helene Jacob et Hanna Kolb qui terminent à 34sec des Norvégiennes.
On trouve ensuite la Suède, puis la Finlande, la Slovénie, les USA, l'Italie, le Kazakhstan et la France qui termine au 10e rang avec un retard de 2min32 sur la Norvège. Notre équipe était composée de Aline Arnould, Manon Benoit, Marion Colin et Célia Aymonier.

“It feels incredible to be on the podium for the third time. I didn’t expect to be on the podium for so many times, it is just amazing. The team feeling was very good and we had a very good start. I was very nervous during the race that Russia will come and get me, but we made it.
The tactics was not to put the full power in the beginning of the lap, because when the Russia would have come and I had been tired, we wouldn’t have won. I’m going to celebrate this win with two pieces of chocolate.”

“Last year we were 5th and this year on the second place. Next year we will catch the Norwegians and we will be the world champions. About the competition where I fell, I am not disappointed about that. I am in a very good shape and the felling gave me the anger needed to get to the podium on this race”.

“It is a very good feeling to be on the podium for the second time. It was a very good race for our team. I am very happy. We have a good team feeling and Lucia had a good race, she was first starter and it was good race for all of us. I am satisfied with the result. We will fly back home tomorrow and there are two free days coming. After that we start training again
