Bath Half Marathon 2026 – Live Results

The GetPRO Bath Half Marathon took place on Sunday 15 March 2026 in Bath, England, the UK's only World Heritage City. First held in 1982, the race remains the largest one-day charity fundraising event in South West England, having raised more than £30 million for good causes since 2000. The course is fast and flat, starting and finishing at Royal Victoria Park and running two laps that straddle the River Avon, heading west along the A4 (Upper Bristol Road and Newbridge Road) before returning via the only significant climb on the route, up Royal Avenue, and finishing in front of the historic Royal Crescent. For the second successive year, the 2026 edition served as the official British Athletics trial race for the half marathon at the World Athletics Road Running Championships in Copenhagen this September. In a tight sprint finish in front of the Crescent, Joe Wigfield won the men's race in 62:07, using his 800m speed to hold off his rivals, while Alex Bell took the women's title — both securing their places in the Great Britain team for Copenhagen. Conditions on race day were cool and breezy, with temperatures around 9°C and moderate south-westerly winds. The course records stand at 1:01:45 for men (Robert Wambua Mbithi, 2016) and 1:09:27 for women (Liz Yelling, 2007). Full results: Mikatiming.
