The Cornfield Cornfield 10K is Nebraska's running celebration of summer — and the Cornhusker State's largest summer race. On Saturday, June 13, 2026, runners gather at Werner Park in Papillion for a 7:00am start. The course takes runners on a beautiful loop around Prairie Queen Lake, past entertainment stations and aid stations that keep the energy high. All finishers come back to a stadium finish inside Werner Park (the minor league ballpark). Post-race, the Nebraska vibes go full throttle: watermelon, sweetcorn, cold beer, and Corn Hole games. The Cornfield Cornfield is also Race #2 of the BRIN Running Series — Nebraska's Born & Raced In Nebraska 10K triple (Leprechaun Chase + Cornfield Cornfield + Harvest Moon Hustle), powered by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Nebraska. Complete all three races to earn the coveted BRIN Finisher Medal.
