The Hometown Half Marathon & 5K/10K St. Louis takes the stage on Saturday, May 16, 2026 with a scenic Missouri riverfront course along the banks of the Missouri River in historic St. Charles — one of Missouri's most charming river towns. Organised by Bodies Race Company, the event welcomes runners of every pace and age group, from first-timers on the 5K to half-marathon veterans chasing a PR with pacers on hand. Every finisher walks away with a custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal and free race photos. Kid's Dash, Virtual option and Volunteer Then Run round out the lineup. Awards include Overall M/F, Masters 40+, and Top 3 in every age group for the 5K, 10K and Half.
