The City of Laguna Hills Memorial Day Half Marathon brings runners together every Memorial Day to honor American service members and their families. The 2026 Grand Marshal is Redmond Ramos, one of four brothers who all served as Navy Corpsmen with the Fleet Marine Force. $3 per participant is donated to the 3/5 Marine Support Committee. Opening ceremonies at 6:50 AM. The half marathon winds through Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Woods and Laguna Niguel, with a stretch through Aliso and Wood Canyon Park. Rolling hills, paved course, starting at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center.
