The Suds & Soles 5K is Rockville's beloved evening race — kicking off at 7:30pm on Saturday, June 13, 2026 in the heart of Rockville Town Center. Hosted by the Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC) and the City of Rockville, this USATF certified 5K course winds through downtown Rockville and neighborhood roads before returning to Town Center. All ages are welcome, from seasoned competitors to first-time runners and kids. The real star after the finish line? An awesome post-race party with beverage samples from local breweries (for participants 21+), a commemorative mug, live music, and kids' activities.
