Sara Takanashi (JPN): ”I’m very happy that I won here twice in front of so many supporters. It was a difficult competition due to bad weather conditions. Also today I was not landing with a telemark, because safety is the most important to me.”
Carina Vogt (GER): ”I’m very happy about my second place, this season is very good for me. In the first round the conditions were not that bad, but in the second it got very stormy and it had to be cancelled. I don’t know what Sara Takanashi does so much better than the other jumpers, but I try my best and maybe some day I will be able to beat her.”
Bigna Windmueller (SUI): "I feel great about my podium today. Last year was hard for me, I was not in a good shape. Now it’s going better and better and today I also earned my Olympic ticket so I’m really happy. I like the hill in Zao, already in the previous seasons I felt good here. We had a bit of trouble with the weather this weekend, but I think that we did our best."
