The swim is a single 1.9 km loop in the Red Sea. The bike is a single 90 km loop on wide roads, including sections of the Dahab Highway, with rolling hills, gradual climbs and fast descents.
The run is made of two loops through urban and coastal roads, mostly flat to gently rolling. Both the bike and run courses are new for 2026.
