Sara Takanashi (JPN): ”I had a lot of fun to jump on the big hill today, especially in front of this great crowd here. If I was allowed to jump on the flying hill I would like to try it, but of course the weather have to be perfect then, especially the wind conditions. I started in all World Cup competitions this winter, but not always was able to do my best. In this season I learned a lot.”

Yuki Ito (JPN): ”I’m confident that I can jump even better. When I return to Japan I will have some physical and mental training and start preparing for the next season. Before today’s competition my goal was to be on the podium and I knew that with this result I can be be third in the World Cup overall. I try not to think too much about the results, just focus on my good jumps. This is my first year after I finished high school. I train in the team with Noriaki Kasai and I think it helps me a lot."

Julia Clair (FRA): ”Of course I’m happy, because this was my first podium ever. My birthday was only two days ago so it’s a great present for me and also for our coach who is leaving after this season. At the end of the season I was in a good shape. In my first jump I had good wind, but problems with the landing. In the second jump my landing was already better."
