Statements of the Top 3 from Lahti:
Thomas Morgenstern (AUT): “I’m very satisfied. It was again a sensational day for the team and I’m happy about that. It was great to jump here today with good conditions and only a little bit of tailwind. I like the hill a lot and I’m already looking forward to tomorrow.”
Anders Bardal (NOR): “It’s always our goal to beat Austria and unfortunately today it didn’t work again. Our team showed some good jumps today. I was very satisfied with my first jump, the second one was not so good. There’s also a great atmosphere here because so many people came today.”
Kamil Stoch (POL): “It was great to be on the podium together with my teammates, especially in a competition like today where we were fighting until the end. The result was not clear until the last jump, but that’s exciting about our sport and it’s fantastic. I’m happy that I could show two good jumps in the competition.”
