The Stars & Stripes Half Marathon, 10K, 5K & Kid's K presented by Houston Methodist takes place on Saturday, 20 June 2026 in Humble, Texas — Race #6 of 9 in the Run Houston Race Series. Flat and fast courses make this a favourite for runners chasing a personal best. The half marathon and 10K start together at 7:00 AM, the 5K at 8:15 AM, and the Kids' K at 9:30 AM. The race delivers one of the most patriotic finish-line experiences in Houston: each runner receives an American flag 0.1 miles before the finish line, then crosses the line waving it to a cheering crowd — followed by an ice-cold Bomb Pop (red, white, and blue popsicle). The top finishers take home the coveted Bigfoot Trophy. The event benefits the PTSD Foundation of America and its Camp Hope programme supporting combat veterans. Organised by All Community Events.
