Start and finish both sit on the city's iconic South Street, putting participants right in the heart of the action from the first step to the last.
The 6.2-mile course delivers an authentic slice of South Philly and Center City, passing through two of the city's most vibrant corridors — 13th Street and East Passyunk — and by the historic Italian Market, covering 76 city blocks that locals know from everyday life and Eagles Super Bowl celebrations alike.
The weekend kicks off with the Hoka Kickoff Party at the Village of Industry & Art (320 S. Broad Street), where runners can pick up bibs and shirts on Friday, August 21 (4–8 PM) or Saturday, August 22 (10 AM–4 PM). Crossing the finish line leads straight into a post-race festival with live music, dancing and local vendors. All runners must hold a 15-minute-per-mile pace as roads reopen to traffic on that schedule.
