The best race of your life ?

I think I had few races I can be very happy with. For example: 2002 my Olympic Gold race. 2005 my come back as World champion in Hochfilzen or the final race for winning the total world cup 2007, when I started with 5 penalty loops and still didn´t give up… Or 2008: two times World champion in a row without any mistake. (deux fois championnes du monde consécutivement)

Your main character trait ?

In sport I think, that I can be very hard to myself. (je suis très dure avec moi-même)

(tomber réellement malade et avoir une vie gâchée à cause de cela, mourrir prématurément)

What would you like to change in your physique ?

It wouldn´t hurt if I would be few centimeters taller.
(quelques cm plus grande ce serait sympa)

What would you like to change in your sport ?

I would allowed one starter more for good nations and a more harder qualification for a woldcupspot for everyone. This would keep the number of members okay and we still would have very intresting races, maybe even more intresting ones.
(J’autoriserai un skieur en plus au depart pour les grandes nations et des qualifications plus dures pour tout le monde. Ainsi on aurait toujours le même nombre de skieurs au départ mais un meilleur niveau)

What is a perfect saturday night for you ?

This can be very different, and the most perfect one is, when not every satuday night will be the same one. For example: at the 3rd of March 2012, my Saturday night would be great, If I would get a medal for World champion Sprint race in Ruhpolding. Sometimes I also enjoy to be by myself, sometimes just me and my boyfriend and other times I like to have a hole group of friends around me. I have a lot of ideas for perfect Saturday nights.

The biggest mistake you have done ?

I think mistakes are also important for a life. You can learn from them, or you should, and do it better the next time. You even can learn from mistakes somebody else did, but learning from own mistakes is much more effective. So: the biggest mistake you can do, is doing one two times, or think you are perfect and will never do a mistake.
(Les erreurs sont importantes dans la vie, tu peux apprendre beaucoup d’elles et faire mieux la prochaine fois. La plus grosse erreur que tu peux faire c’est de faire la même deux fois)

So my most important mistake in sport I made after Olympic Games 2002. I was pretty busy with everything and because of this very tired at my training sessions… Now I´m even happy about this mistake, it helped me a lot to become better and stronger.
